  • No Refund Policy: Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Substitutions may be considered upon request at the discretion of the organisers.
  • Event Access: The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, or event format without prior notice, while ensuring overall quality and relevance of the programme.
  • Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the event. The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any delegate in case of misconduct.
